Help on tracking rail please

With the CSX tracking, they provide tracking up to and including it being unloaded from the railcar. So you'll know when it hits the ground. The next wait will be for the transport to carry it to your dealer, unfortunately mine sat at the railyard for 2 full weeks before it made its final 15 mile trip to the dealer. Hope yours is delivered more quickly.

Wow, 2 weeks to get 15 miles. That sucks. I hope so but at least its close enough. Fingers crossed!

My Badlands sat for 3 weeks at the rail yard, whereas my Braptor went through the same rail yard and was at the dealer within 4 days.

Can anyone track my Braptor by truck? I tried the palsapp but it isn't working.

I called since Oct 10th and tracked it from Michigan all the way to Laredo, TX. The rail cart is making its way back up north but now i need to track it by truck.

Mine has been in Atlanta since October 8th. Ford told me to expect it at dealer between the 11th and 17th. Dealer told me the same. Still not at dealer. Thats nuts, its only 180 miles away.

Use your mobile and plug your VIN into
https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt

If it populates, be sure it lists the correct Dealer.

On mobile you should be able to register your email. Once you register, you will get a temp password. Use that paswword to log into United Road and it should pull up all the vehicles waiting to be delivered to the dealer. Locate your and see if it has an estimated delivery date.

Thank you for the info. So now I'm really confused. The rail # I was given was tracked correctly. However, I called the Bronco number and they are telling me it is in Illinois. Apparently the Braptor was on the rail and was unloaded and currently in the yard in Illinois. I was tracking it all the way to Laredo, Texas which is just 3 hours from me. So now, other than what I am being told, I have no way of knowing where it is. They do not have an "updated rail" so who knows.

Last week when I talked to Ford Chat they gave me a rail number TTGX something, but I forgot to save it and now when I contact Ford Chat they say they don't see a rail number. Now Ford Chat keeps telling me that my Bronco has been sitting in Illinois since 10/4 with no movement so I'm really confused. My salesman is on Vacation so I can't contact him for a few days.

United Road shows a "Load Number" but I'm not sure what that means.

Just got off the Phone with Ford, asking about my Raptor that was suppose to be delivered to dealer between 11-17 October. Its still on the dock in Atlanta waiting on a truck to haul it. They are now saying it shows for delivery on the 24th. But stated it will likely be pushed again. This is upsetting me, its 180 miles away.
