Help with OBX tire/lift upgrade

Can anyone tell me what my options are if I want to upgrade my tires (not wheels) for a '22 non-sas Outer Banks? I'm willing to do a lift as well if it's needed. I'd like to go as close to 35" as possible.

We went with 2” readylift lift/level kit. Lift not needed to run 35s. Just need to remove crash bars. 35x12.5r17 Nitto Recon Grapplers with Fuel 17” wheels. +1 offset so has slightly aggressive stance. We love the look!
