Homelink programming issue with my 2023 Bronco Outer a ks

So I’ve looked at some of the threads here about programming the HOMELINK garage door opener buttons to a garage door opener as well as other forums. I have a 2023 Bronco Outer Banks with Sasquatch package. My initial issue is I can’t get the Homelink light to blink fast after pressing both the Homelink button and garage door opener. Has anyone else had this problem and a solution.

Has anyone else had this problem and a solution.

If I recall correctly, I only needed the remote to initiate pushing the Bronco’s button. To be sure of it working, the ignition needs to be on to accomplish the process. It won’t work if it’s off.
