Yes I highly recommend. Did my own (with help). Glare reduced during AM commute.

It absolutely helps.
Helps the styling also, bringing a bit of definition and contrast to a large slab of paint.
Lots of options from solid to designer (maybe not the right word?) styles that incorporate colors or designs/cutouts.

A lot of people says it helps with glare and I like the looks of it. If I had to get something it would be Ford Accesories Hood Vent.

As others have stated, yes it does reduce glare.
