How many key fobs do we get?

Just received my new Bronco, shipped from Chapman in PA to my house. Only one key fob arrived with the vehicle. Should there be two?

The trucking company found the key and delivered it to my door.

There should be two. Maybe give them a call - They could have hidden the second one in the glove box, centre console, rear cargo area under the floor, or somewhere else odd.

Have them check the lock box at the dealership. That's where my 2nd fob was. Only took me calling 2x, my local service manager calling, Ford Customer Relations representative calling the dealership and numerous text messages to the salesman to get mine about 28 days after purchase. Lucky for them mine died on the drive home from the dealership and needed a new PCM so I didn't really have the need to use it before it actually showed up.

This happened to me. Dealer blamed it on the trucker. They ordered me a second key. I actually a 3rd aftermarket key and had the 2nd/3rd keys programmed at the same time by the dealer. The spare aftermarket cost me $90 and id identical to OEM key.

Def two. You need to harp on them to get that second key as it's supposed to be there. I think this is standard on all new vehicles. At least all of the ones I have gotten.

If it were in the vehicle and engine running you would know as the Bronco would not double honk when you get out with 1 fob (maybe)

Try leaving your fob inside the house and start the Bronco. If it's starts, there is a fob inside it.

I got 2 fobs. I've heard some lease companies keep a key..that was way back.

You get two with a new Ford. My Bronco had 2 no problem.

I lucked out with the wife's F-150. Dealership misplaced one of them. No problem, write up a "we owe" as part of the sale. I give them a week to find it. Give them another week.

They make me the 2nd key fob. 2 days later they find the original 2nd key in the sales manager's desk, so they just gave it to me for free since it wasn't any good to anyone else. So, for the price of being nice and a couple weeks of patience I ended up with a free 3rd fob on that vehicle.
