How to adjust rear door to address sagging/misalignment?

My driver side rear door does not sit level. The body accent doesn't line up and you can see how the gap between (too high compared to the front door and too low compared to the rear panel) and the rear panel widens as you get lower. I'm also concerned that the window isn't seating correctly because of it



Any easy fixes for this or dealer issue?

It latches fine, so I know I'll have to slightly raise the latch after I adjust the door.

Bought one of these back in the 80's, mine is made of chrome tubing but works fantastic. customers thought I was a god. I used to keep it on the service island. Just used it on my buddy's 91 bronco.
