So far the only issue I’ve had with mine was some weird AC activity.
3k road trip over 7 days. All +100° weather. The last 400 miles of the trip the AC would get super cold intermittently. Like noticeably colder than the 68° it was set at. Randomly it would just start blowing super cold for a few minutes and then go back to normal.
Been back a week and it seems fine now.
I second this…..has a mind of its own! Lol

All good to hear!

As long as the 22 orders include a Base Mansquatch option I'll be reaching out to some dealers to see what they can do.

This might seem like an odd question but from what I've read with newer vehicles it would be a reasonable question.

I'm a member across several different vehicle makes/models forums and more and more I see posts regarding the A/C in new vehicles.

While I understand the newest refrigerant doesn't seem to cool as well as stuff from the years past, it also seems to be primarily on vehicles with large passenger areas that only have vents in the dash. Most common example would be crew cab pickup trucks.

So for those who have their Bronco or have done extensive test driving, how do you feel the A/C was?
Very Good. Way better than my 2011 mustang GT. 2025 Badlands

It does get very cold. Just know it takes about 10 seconds to kick on once you start the vehicle (not sure why). Haven't really figured out the vents under the front seats in my 4 door since I haven't rode in the back yet.
Try the vent extender thingies on Amazon. They help. Not great but they do help a bit.

The AC is great as long as you're up front.
