Just curious does any one have photos of these panel gap issues? I have an early 21 build and don’t really have these issues. The soft top is annoying,, but I have not been in a rush to replace it.

He must’ve looked up my other posts where I talk specifically about the crash I was in. But he missed my point altogether. I was never saying that my hood gaps were that way from the factory. Rather; the fit and finish inconsistencies across other Broncos is what allowed the dealer who initially repaired mine to claim that it was within spec and “normal.” It wasn’t until I had this issue that I noticed these body alignment issues on so many other B6Gs.

@BlueBronco you should chime in to tell us that the OPs pics prove nothing. Reassert your dominance in this thread.

That gap is not within specifications - factory or otherwise, and any reputable, repeat "r e p u t a b l e" shop will agree.
