Did you just get your email this morning? I would also recommend taking down any information related to your VIN. Probably just screen shot the top part of the email without the VIN information.

I work at a dealer. Was going to remove the hitch from my build to make sure it didn't hurt me. Sales manager looked and couldn't change anything because it was scheduled and he gave me my VIN!

2 door badlands, black, lux and tow package. and upgraded rims. Didn't get an email from ford.

I thought Canadian Thursday was on Friday. Just like you have Easter Monday.

this is like putting your thumb over your license plate in a photo. Hundreds or thousands of people see it everyday but sure cover it up in your dumb photo cause that matters.

If I want someones vin they are exposed and easy to photo on every car I see in a parking lot everyday.

I don’t think so. VINs are non-sensitive. They always show up in their entirety on dealership websites, and I believe you can even scrape them directly as they’re registered with the NHTSA (they do this a lot on the Tesla forums and try to make conclusions about wait times/production #s etc)
