Well so far it has done really well. I also have the RTR rear tire carrier that moves the spare up and out slightly. I think the best plan is to swap to their complete carrier setup though.
I regularly load up the STP with a packout on each side (first aid and other gear) with a slim packout on the handle side in addition, recovery boards (x2), and two of the frontrunner wolf pack boxes. These usually have some hiking gear (boots) and/or dry goods like food and silverware, plates.
fits and feels great but Iām not a fan of opening and closing the swing gate repeatedly while itās loaded up. Just too much that can shift and a lot of weight swinging.
