I'm not aware that there has been a revision to those. I've made an inquiry to our engineering department for clarification, I'll let you know what I find out.
Hello! Any update?

bump - waiting for an answer on rear crash bar fitment from Icon. And another Q while we're at it - are these for just 2021-2023 Broncos, or do they work with 2024 and 2025 Broncos? I'm more concerned about 2025...

Anyone install these? I bought them, fronts went in great, rears did NOT fit. I pounded on them with a rubber mallet and got nowhere. At first I thought maybe the paint was just too thick but it actually looks like there’s a little lip on the ends where the metal is bent into shape, so it isn’t rounded off and throws the already tight tolerance completely out of whack.
I have the same issue. I ordered the Icon crash bars exactly two years ago—I only needed the fronts to clear 34s (285/75r17), but now I'm switching to 35s and need the rear ones. I just tried to put them in, but no dice—they do not fit.

Have these been crash tested? Or at least put through a computer simulation? Even if they look nice, if they are not designed correctly they can actually be more dangerous than having no crash bars.
