Hello, I currently have the yellow Hoss 2.0 Bilsteins and just purchased 3.0 Fox takeoffs. Just curious if I can use the springs I currently have with the 2.0?

The set I purchased only came with 2 of the springs.

I believe the springs are different part numbers, but to be sure there is a thread somewhere where someone posted all the part numbers for the hoss 3.0 suspension and I believe the springs as well. There are something like 6 different rear springs and four front part numbers though.

The springs are different serial numbers. The 2.0 springs are serial number starting with an M and the HOSS 3.0 springs start with an N. Not sure what the exact difference is between the two, however.

Lookup "Suspension Cookbook" to find the Excel file with all the data.

It looks to me like the eibach lift springs work with either the Bilstein 2.0 or Fox 3.0. This would leave me to believe the stock springs off of the Hoss 2.0 will work with the 3.0….

Great information on both of those posts, pretty much tells me that it’s worth a shot, haha.

Gonna take it to my buddy’s shop tomorrow and see if they can get them in with the existing bilstein tophats and springs. I’ll make a post letting the community know what happens.

Update:
Had the Fox takeoffs installed with the springs from the yellow Bilsteins and it works great. Took way longer than I expected as I had the springs powder coated….

Much smoother on road and was able to off-road a little today at the local OHV park and it felt very nice.
