It's suppose to be delivered today.

I will post pics. Wonder if those clips come attached. We'll see. Those clips were on back order and not in stock from where I ordered.

Also, going to go to my dealership tomorrow and spend some Ford Pass points and see if they can order the clips.

For the record, I broke mine when removing to install the new carrier. Based on a lot of things I've seen over the years, it's apparent the weak design and poor removal instructions in the workshop manual means these were designed for easy installation at the factory and not serviceability.

So, it appears to be the correct panel with those clips attached.

I will install it tomorrow and report back. But I think those of us who will be "bugged" or annoyed knowing that panel is "just not right" will be happy to know it's a less than 30$ fix for our OCD!

So. I installed the panel. Correct panel and perfect fit. Now my OCD can focus on something else

Thanks for the post. I had to order one too. 2023 and first time removing it to get to the emblem (which didn’t work anyway) and already broke the tabs. I realize now you need to remove it from the left side first.

I had the same bad luck and came on here for the answer, but it looks like the part is now just over $40.

Same bad luck on my end - from an OCD perspective I want to have the replacement panel on hand in case I ever remove my molle bag setup - but when I see this stupidity on multiple Ford Parts websites - it kind of makes me lose faith in the whole process again.

@Ford Motor Company - seriously - you guys need to be better - this is a horrible customer experience. 2 Different online parts shops same stupid result $180 to ship a $30 plastic part.
