Does anyone know if you can ‘reseal’ theses heat welds once you have drilled them out? And if so do you know what the part number is for the plastic heat welds?

They are plastic plug welds - done with a special tool.

I mean, it’s plastic so yeah it can be remelted. But it won’t look the same. A plastic welding kit can stitch stuff back together but they use a different type of fastener (like a metal staple that melts into the plastic)

Then there is E6000 glue that is probably stronger than the factory plastic in the first place

I undid mine to put leather on the door trim of my base. I drilled out just the "welded part", then I used course thread pan screws to re-grab the tube. Its held up for over a year without issue thus far.
