Issue with backup camera

I’m having an issue with my backup camera. It just started, not sure if it’s related to a recent update to sync or just something that started randomly. My Bronco has the lux package. Every day when I arrive home I back up in my driveway. Each time the screen glitches for about 4 seconds, the music on my stereo stops and goes to static. After 4 seconds this goes away and the music comes back on and the camera displays normally on the screen. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m trying to figure out how to describe this when I bring it in to the dealer without them thinking I’m crazy.

There is a recall on cameras. I had mine replaced

Describe it just like you did. If you can get a video that always helps. Sounds like software issue with the APIM - I had an update done through a TSB for my screen freezing or just not booting up
