Looks great.

Reviewed the install instructions. There may be no way to answer this question, but any thoughts or speculation why would Ford have designed their version to require drilling into the tailgate if you were able to accomplish virtually the same results without the need to drill? Is there some advantage to drilling that I'm not thinking of?
The aftermarket is always better at accessories than the manufacturers. Jeep played this game with the JL. Even with a huge head start, the aftermarket brought better products.

My thoughts on the two are that Ford's only claims like 20-25 pounds of weight capacity. And this one has the MOLLE as well. The Rough Country claims 75 pounds but has less working surface the JCR

This one being the best of all options for what I considered, so far

Also as noted below, no drill!
Nice, thanks. Yeah it looks awesome I was just surprised when I saw Fords price. I would have figured it would be some amount more than what it is, but if it sucks that makes sense.

Looking at the installation instructions, it appears this one requires some disassembly of your tailgate to install some parts inside of it. I doubt Ford would offer any accessories from the factory that require this kind of installation.

Me: I don’t really see myself buying much for my Bronco, it’s pretty capable from the factory.

also me: gets a build date and immediately makes an accessory list of $1500 in badges, lights, mesh tops, and now a sweet table

As someone who already drilled holes into his ride to put in the Ford table...

...shit.

Cool table and design, but for almost $300 that’s gonna be a no for me

@JcrOffroad Instructions look pretty good. Might need a video on passing those strips through and getting them in place. :)
We’ll have an install video after the holidays.
