Does anyone know if the kick panel locations are sealed or infinite baffle?
Sealed? Not really, at least not as compared to how that description would be applied to any purpose-built speaker enclosure. The fact that it isn't sealed, however, doesn't make it an infinite baffle.

The first time around I used killmat and only put it on the inside major flat areas, but unhappy with results I ended up sealing every little cranny I could get it into with killmat, including trim panel clip mount holes on door hinge side. It made a night and day difference. Initially I did not think to seal up the trim clip hole and it was whistling and hissing through that spot. It’s not too easy getting the killmat in the corners inside the cavity but I managed.
