You will always keep that pocket knife and I will always cherish that watch.I really enjoyed the story. I am going to be honest, I started reading this thinking it was a setup for a build and price joke, but was happily surprised with the actual content. I have a pocket knife that my grandfather gave me that I lost in my house for ten years and the n the day I had to go to my aunts (his daughter) funeral I found it tucked in a corner like an old friend waiting for the right time to present itself. I get the same vibe from this story. Thanks for sharing.
The memories and associations are the only things that give material things their true value.
