Lead Foot Gray 2023 Bronco Spotted! In Everglades Trim

Before the insane used market, I almost bought a stripe delete 2018 GT350 in Leadfoot that dealer had on lot but I couldn’t get past the color. Leadfoot looks good, but those flat gray colors are very trendy and already getting old and I’m sure I would get sick of the color after seeing it everyday. Ultimately I preferred Carbonized gray for the Mettallic paint but never got the GT350 and ended up with Velocity Blue Bronco.

I like that color so much I used it to do a paint job on my mountain bike.... Also f150 white gold on the fork! Lol

Nice evil. How much for the paint job? I like the color on the bike, but not a fan of it on huge panels like the bronco. I prefer a bit more color on my bikes

This really pisses me off… my 22 is awaiting shipping, and I tried talking my dealer into working Ford into letting me order my Bronco in Leadfoot Grey to match my F150 at the time. They wouldn’t let me, and now 2 yrs later it’s an option for the next model year which will be available to order in a few weeks.

Hold up, you thought you could talk Ford into custom painting your Bronco? They would either have to pull a chassis and send it off to a paint shop or shut down their paint booth to switch over to color they don't even have on site. How much extra were you willing to pay??

They use to do it all the time, if it’s a current production color and already in the same facility, it shouldn’t be an issue. A “special order” vehicle means nothing anymore… I would have paid a little extra for Leadfoot or Lithium grey if I were able to order it in one of those colors. If they have already pushed a few out in Leadfoot, as we have now seen with at least the Everglades Bronco in Leadfoot, it could have been done. That one shouldn’t even be sitting and it was prioritized over my 07/17/20 reservation and earliest available order conversion…

Just FYI this was brought to the event through the MI Bronco Club (started here on B6G and has since grown on Facebook and our own dedicated site https://michiganbroncos.club/ ) Our very own @Svanhildr arranged several “un released” Broncos for the Ford Garage event. She is a true Bronco enthusiast

The club has regular trail rides most months and we will be out in force at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit in August as well.

If ya' gotta go gray, Leadfoot is the way to go. Maybe this means they can get rid of all the other shades of gray... CG, CG, A51, IS... buh-bye! Hello blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, green!

Well by the opinions posted here, everyone wants to look like a Skittle to be "different" (and here's a clue, you're not).

I like gray and other neutral colors. I do not want to stick out or draw attention. Leave me the F alone. Blending in helps with the getaway.

You sir have nice evil as well... Lol. That's what mine looked like when I bought the frame haha... Price?! I don't know.. I didn't add up all the supplies to do it... Think the paint, primer, filler primer, adhesion promoter and shit wound up around a couple hundy.
