I love mine. I just added a RTR rear bumper and it is now only off a quarter inch from the rear with the added weight over the oem steel bumper. I don't plan on going any bigger than a 35 so it works great for me.

Pointless, and you lose departure angle.

From experience, departure angle is something that is precious.

You can always back away if approach angle isn’t going to work, but departure angle gets tested when you are likely not in a position to do anything but wince when you hear something made a bad noise.

I purchased mine with 14K on the clock. Previous owner did a ton of work on it, and one of them is "leveling". Yup,....it's perfectly level, except when I take it to town to buy animal feed (3-400lb). Then it looks like it wants to take off without the wings. I need to "un-level" it in short order. So far, I'm just leaving it in the garage when I have to pick up feed and use the F350. But I like this POS, it makes me smile.

I am also in the camp of “that looks about right”. Most folks want a little bit of rake when it’s sitting empty.

But leveling kits exist if you really want one

In one of my first posts, I described the circumstances of that purchase.

In short: I saw an orange unit at the dealer in 2021 and wanted to buy it. They told me they can't sell it, because it was some "Ford promotional unit". I only saw it from about 40-50 yards away. When they told me it's not for sale, I didn't look at it and left them my number to call me when they want the sale.

About a month later it was gone. I came in with 'WTF, where is THAT Bronco?" They were apologetic and told me the owner gave it to his brother.

Four years went by, and I forgot about it. Then my wife wanted a Sahara that the dealer had on the lot, and we went to buy it. WHITE Bronco was parked by the front door (not in line with others that were for sale). No price on it, but a lift, Camburg, Icon, lockers, and SAS. I asked about it because there was no price on it, and they told me it's funny that I ask, because I am a third person asking about it. They had it "in the back" for a while but it was wrapped in orange, and nobody was looking at it. Now that they un-wrapped it, people are asking!
"The owners brother brought it back, and took a new Raptor, but he put a ton of money in it, and 14K miles over four years." That's what they said. Sure enough, this was a plain OBX before (non SAS, no lockers) and the dude converted it. It has a "Lux" on it, but I didn't know anything about the trims, engines,....nothing, except that I liked it, and it was "the one that got away". Well,....it's in my garage now.

It's a same Bronco that I wanted in 2021, and I wrote the check.

That's why.

BTW,.....I owned two dealerships in my life, and since I quit that business, I NEVER buy brand new units. I know what I'm looking for in ANY unit, and I buy well maintained, low miles, sound vehicles, and let someone else take a hit on them.

This. Have you ever seen how rear-high most pickups are? There is a reason. Better looking to be rear-up when unloaded than have a dumpy butt with a load.

what are your thought on leveling kits?

I personally like the look of a leveled vehicle. If that is your truck, it looks pretty darn level to me so I wouldn't mess with it. Mine was at least 1" or higher in the back and it bugged me. I drive around 95% of the time with an empty vehicle so if the rear sits low when I'm towing the boat 5 times a year, it doesn't bother me at all.

35's and stock Sas suspension:

37's and ProComp springs 2" front 1"rear of lift.

It's not just about the looks. If the vehicle is leveled and then loaded, the driving and steering characteristic WILL change. There was another thread a while ago, when I told the guys NOT to level it. Some (you decide how much) forward rake is necessary. One dude got his panties in a wad, and jumped down my throat telling me that leveling will not affect steering. It won't. Unless you load the back even just to the manufacturers limit. Going off road with a leveled unit, loaded in the back is NOT a good idea. But of course, you do you guys.

Sweet. Now put a Yeti 50 full of beer and ice in the back and take another pic.

You’re compromising braking and handling if your vehicle is sagging when towing - both safety considerations.
