Very slick design, but the openings for the intercooloer are WAY too small. And you'll need some sore of ducting to seal the air flow to the Intercooler to ensure positive pressure against the face of the intercooler. I've built turbo-cars, and what you have here isn't going to work for any significant high-speed / high-boost running.

this is fair, the intercooler isn’t hard mounted though. It’s sitting in rubber grommets so if it needed to move it could.

the factory brackets you can literally bend with your hands. So we felt like this way it was stronger all around. After a few wheeling trips and lots of rocks no issues!

No issues so far, 4500 miles on it.
