August 2021 Bronco Reservation here... I know it isn't as long as some people have been waiting, but they have basically said expect 2023 at this point.

I ordered a 4 dr outerbanks Hard Top with the Lux package and tow package.

Any guesses for when delivery should be expected? TBH, I shifted towards looking at the new Tundra's and have a reservation in for them, but I am once again thinking about the bronco again. I wish Ford would do a better job communicating timelines... how frustrating.
Good luck with Tundra. I gave up. Requested 1794 TRD with the only dealer in the state with no ADM and went from 52 to 46 on the list after six months and was advised I would not get it this year after placing deposit 1st week in January. They do not do custom orders - they get what they get. I was offered a couple SR5/Limited no TRD that I wasn't interested in.

Ended up finding a dealer stock ordered GMC Sierra AT4 that should be delivered in a few weeks. Considered Tremor/Raptor/F-250 but dealers want ridiculous ADM.

Perhaps the situation is different in other parts of the country, but I had serious problems finding something that was not a lower trim and not marked up. There's next to nothing new on lots in my area.

Going to rent a 2 door SAS this weekend through Turo to see if we want one as a toy or trade in the wife's GX. We both work from home, so 3 vehicles is too much. We will make a decision after this weekend.

Worked for me. It’s not about ‘jamming up the system’, it’s about what dealer has allocations.
no it's not. He ordered a hard top. Every person who shows up at his dealership with a soft top order moves to the front of the line.

There are only a handful of dealerships where allocation really screwed them over. (Granger, Stevens). Most dealerships had about 3-4 times orders to allocations.

Ford never bough enough tooling to make the MIC in the required quantity. If the OP had ordered a squish top he would be driving his Bronco already.

I have a aug 2020 reservation and I be a 2023 order .Ford can't do a better job of communicating because they dont know when and what parts well come in so they can't say when someones bronco well be built.Jeep dealership been waiting sense 4/8 for a knuckle for my jeep and dont even know when it be in so just think about a whole vehicle.

Ordering multiple units and only intending to buy one does jam up the system and prevents another person from getting their ride. It’s about as despicable as dealers charging high ADM. I reserved and ordered exactly what I wanted to buy, one unit. I didn’t go running around placing orders with the intention to take what arrived first. Doing that does jam up the system and it does fuck someone out of getting there truck but hey you got yours so fuck everyone else. Congrats
When Ford changed the allocation formula, I decided to order another Bronco. My original dealer’s allocations were dramatically cut and with my place in line, I’d probably be a 24 build. Yeah, I want a Bronco before then, so I ordered another one. Sorry if that offends you. You could have done the same.

Get a Wrangler, take the top off, and have fun exploring. Life is way too short for waiting around years for a Bronco. Later if a Bronco somehow becomes available, decide if you still want it, but at least you will not have burned up time waiting to have top-down off-road fun, because you don't get that time back.
