The Firestone Destination AT2 is a good road based AT, as is the Cooper AT3 4S. Both available in the P285/70R17. I used to manage a fleet and the Firestones were one of the tires we chose to run. No experience with the Continentals.Any opinions on Firestone Destination A/T2 and Continental TerrainConact A/T?
So I would say... make sure you get 3PMSF rated, nothing heavier than LR-C if you choose an LT tire (preferably a P rated tire) which will give you the most ride comfort. Certainly avoid LR-E...
Good luck!
