Has anyone experienced any issues with their E- brake failing? I have a 22 Big Bend 2.3 manual.

Almost daily I am getting the low power mode. My e brake did not stop my vehicle from moving while I was not in it. Per usual the dealership is not taking an accountability.

Last year they had to replace my dashboard cluster because I lost all power on the dash.

Sounds like 2 different issues potentially.
Low power mode isn’t going to affect parking brake operation if it was applied already.

You can apply the parking brake, completely disconnect the battery and the brake will still be on.

My issue is that it's electronic with a motor. The low power mode could easily affect the battery voltage causing that motor to not have sufficient power. I called Ford Corp already and opened a claim. The dealer did not offer to do any diagnostics.

It doesn't continuously supply power to the motor. It only does to apply or release it.
So if it applied perfectly fine, then there is no reason a loss of power would affect it or cause it to release.

Update that could be related. I am having weird battery voltage issues. It will be at 13 and spike to 15.2 in a mili second. Anything over 15 is not normal nor is the spiking.

15.2 isn’t abnormal depending on whether the battery is in a refresh phase or not. Normal range is 12.2-15.2 but either way, with your low power mode issues you should probably just have the battery check out. Could just be as simple as a weak/failing battery.
