I ditched the rear suitcase muffler and welded in a Magnaflow 5"x8"x24" oval muffler tucked up at the center pipe, and it's been perfect ever since. Custom instead of the kit, but sounds great, quiet but with a low rumble on a 2.3t. Love the product, AND just bought a Magnaflow shirt from merch store online and have been repping the brand more now. ✌;)

I also have been running your overland cat-back on my 7MT 2.3L for nearly a year. I’ve settled on configuration #1 (the most subtle) due to wanting to remain inconspicuous on the trail. But, I may change it up for winter. I’ve also been wanting to spend a bit more time with each setting and see if there is a sweet spot that I prefer the most.

I also run a Whipple air filter and could swear I feel less air restriction between the two.
Subtle is a good choice! Fellow campers will defiantly thank you 😂. Id love to hear back once you test other configurations and see which one you prefer!

Welcome welcome welcome!!! Loved your exhaust on my '13 Mustang GT, and I really love your catback on my '02 Trans Am! Sounds great, but I also love the quad rolled tips!
Thank you for the continued support!

2.3 benefits? its difficult to make a 4 cyl sound much better and the current wind noise is enough as is, so what's the bank for buck quotient ???
Our most affordable system on the 2.3L would be the street series axle-back. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Welcome @MagnaFlo. Great to have high quality partners involved.

Any plans on exhausts for the raptor?
Currently in development! Stay tuned for details.... Until then what are some things you would like to see on this upcoming system? Id be happy to share your thought to the tech team!

Big fan of the Overland cat-back on my 2.3! Provided exactly the sound I was looking for without any drone (using the quietest configuration with the resonator). The stealth look is amazing too - no more muffler pony-keg peeking out below the bumper
Glad to hear you are happy with the kit!

Welcome! I love the sound and performance. I just installed a Magnaflow in my new 2 into 1 system, '67 Bronco racer. The Bukin'eer
We also ran dual Magnaflows in our Baja NORRA race winning '66 Bronco. Gaucho Mark's Racing #66
My '23 Braptor should be a good candidate as well.
Thank you for the continued support!!🙌

Anything in the development pipeline for the 2.7 that would emulate the Braptor?
I am curious what options for figment and sound would be available if the muffler were relocated ahead of the rear axle Like the Bronco Raptor.
Interesting point... ill pass this note on.

alright ... I'm sold .. the sound of that is better than any other exhaust I've heard for the 2.7.. and it seems like it's 'tunable', but I didn't see any instructions on how to tune it .. guess I'll find out when it gets delivered.. can't wait!

It's got 4 configurations. Check out page 3 of the instructions.

Definitely retainage of the factory valves (or a tie in to it)

A way to get a true dual exhaust would be cool, since every new raptor (F150 etc) has them and not the bronco.

And maybe an option to keep the exhaust tips in factory location (i.e. unseen) and an option to have them stick out for beauty points.
