For context, my original build was 2.7 lux mic non sas Badlands with tow package. So most of the deadly sins. I know everyone has had varying experiences with their dealers, but mine has been very communicative. Mind you, most of the communication has been, “we don’t know any more than you do.” On Monday we had a long conversation, here’s what I was told:

-8 of 60 orders picked (Tuesday update 9, a FE was picked up
-4 soft top, 5 mic
-Half 2.3/2.7
-No longer confident they’ll get the 25-30 they were expecting for 21

So I’ve removed the tow package and switched to soft top. I really wanted the mic, but I’m taking the gamble. Anyone else?

I ordered a 4DR BL Sasquatch, 2.7, MGV, LUX, MIC but just changed to a soft top on Monday. Reservation date of 7/18 so we will see if I get a 2021.

Dealer has 80+ orders, of that 6 have been picked up. My dealer did not tell me what trims were in the 6 nor where my order is placed. I am a 7/15 (or Mid) reservation with most if not all of the sins. Guess I’ll get this thing spring if I’m lucky.

I'm paying over $50k for a vehicle for the first time ever, more than my last 2 new cars COMBINED. I will make ZERO compromises with what I want regardless of wait.

Personally I wouldn’t gamble. Who knows how much they’re going to charge for the hard top plus freight. A lot of factors play in here how often will you drive on the freeway, do you care how much the top will be when they’re available at the dealers, how badly do you need bronco do you need it or do you want it badly?

I removed tow and swapped from MIC to soft top as well. Tow can be added after the fact, and I was always getting two tops, I just swapped which one I'm getting first. These aren't big issues. You can't add lux after the fact, and you can't add the Sas bits for anywhere near the same price, same with engine. I've compromised where it makes sense.

I went from a dual top shadow black hard top top / soft top to a MIC. I can’t do without a hard top, and won’t due without 2.7, SAS, and tow package. I’m to the point where “I will get it when it shows up”
if I’m shelling out 50k I’m getting what I want. Some sacrifice with top. I’m also going with the Besttop hatch back soft top which I like better than the factory one.

BD, 4dr, 2.7, Tow, MIC, Mid Pkg, block heater,

My day 1 res was still around #70 at my dealer (who had almost double that for allocation). Of the 24 orders picked up for build, only 6 were ahead of me in line.

I could not get him to tell me the breakdown of soft top to hard top of those orders scheduled after me. But i would venture they were easier builds than my BL MIC LUX SAS
