Just wondering what you folks thought aftermarket might come up with to get us a manual? NV4500 maybe? Any others out there that might be better suited? No idea what it would take for the computer issues...

Thats pretty accurate. Rockland Standard Gear make 4x4 versions of the T56 and others that would be well suited and Im sure a competent machine shop can fabricate and adapter ring for you if there isnt one already. And of course you will likely need some type of reprogramming done to it, but that isnt something unheard of. If one was already looking at a turbo upgrade and other parts to put 600hp in it they would already be doing the programming anyway. So say someone takes a Badlands and want to build it for power and speed, take 45,000 at 15k for a manual, 15k for the motor, and 10 or 15k for suspension and drivetrain upgrades. you are looking at a max of $90,000. So if one can afford a $70,000 Warthog, how many of those cant afford a $90,000 Super-Bad Lands? It can be done, it only takes $$. Much easier to go from an auto to a manual than the other way around. Take the pedal assembly from a manual Bronco. Either use the Bronco manual or go aftermarket on the trans. $10k-$15k might cover it.
