17.1 on a Wildtrak with 4,500 miles. I use the normal GOAT mode and I dont drive too aggressivley but I also dont shy away from it either. What I would consider as normal driving

What are you getting in real world driving? Add your model, engine, trans, Sas or not. Before I got mine I really wanted to see real world numbers. Not complaining….. smiles per gallon.
Badsquatch 2d 2.7 getting about 14.3 in high winds on the highway at 70-75.

19.5 average.

BB 2.3 auto, 34s. It's pretty close to what I got with my Nissan MAxima (21mpg).

My wife drives the Badlands sport and she gets 16 mpg, but she uses a heavy foot.

2022 4door wildtrak. I’m getting 18.6 mpg using 89 octane. I’m in Southern WV pulling hills a lot. I usually leave it in eco mode.

22 OBX Sas 2.7 Lux, pic attached. Usually sits here, MAYBE slightly about 16 on highway. Using normal driving mode, didnt see a huge difference when I used Eco.

I'm still averaging 22.5 since I've had my Big Bend 4door, 2.3 with a manual. I've had it 4-5 months. City, highway, offroad mixed use, about even. Got 23 MPG on one trip.

That's about what I got with my hemi 2500 20 years ago. Think they could have improved since. And my Durango before that was no better.
Oh I agree, But at the same time, from what I can tell in these posts, ford is having a hard time getting any better in their engines and they are 2.7L "Ecoboost" so........ on the positive note since 20 years ago, at least now we are getting 400+ hp as opposed to 20 years ago

I don’t really care about MPG on my soon to arrive Bronco but I would have paid a few thousand more if the offered their Ford Lion 3.0 diesel that we have in our 2018 Range Rover. It roughly the same size as a Bronco at 5,000 lbs and gets 29 mpg in mixed driving and my driving style is harder than most. It also has 443 ft/lbs of torque available at 1,700 rpm. We’ve had zero issues with ours in 64,000 miles and It would be the perfect engine for the Bronco.

Premium fuel? Eco mode? No hills?

I'm trying to figure out how people are getting over 21-22 mpg. It must be because I'm constantly climbing hills where I am.
Steady speeds on highway or back roads (limited stops/starts) for one. A big contributor is speed; anything over 70 mph will drop the mileage drastically.
