Looks very good. Any rubbing with the tires and the 55 mm offset?
Honestly, it has rubbed once when we were angled back and pulling out with the wheel turned full lock. I still like the high and tight look though.

Did you replace the bumper yourself? Difficult to do if you did?

Looks great.
Thanks. Bumper was an easy add, but you do have to cut off the welded in tow hooks that come with the plastic bumper. Other than that, it's just six bolts. Not having all the dang sensors also helped.

Mine is really not a "Build" because I am just bolting on stuff to make it cool and perform better off road.

It started off as a stripped down 4cyl, Manual Transmission Big Bend. Only options were the rear locker, removable hoop step, aux switches and floor liners. I wanted to be mid 30s on purchase price, so with my Ford Price protection money I was able to get it for right at 36k, 2023, May 2023 delivery.

1. Ditch the ugly Big Bend Grill for a Base Grill.
2. Replace the Big Bend wheel with my favorite factory wheel, the optional Badlands Beadlock Capable wheels and tires. Found take offs. $1500
3. Add a 1/2" body lift, no new hardware required. $28
4. Amazon 2" Lift that was really a lot better than I thought. Was able to lift the front about 1.25" and the rear .75". $50
5. Underground Graphics Decal set. $350
6. Wife splurged on some Baja Designs Ditch lights. $280
7. Used Mod Bumper. $300
8. Amazon Metal Skid Plate. $185
9. Mabett Raptor Style fog lights. $180
10. Mabett Grill Lights. $40
11. Bronco Script Side Badge $30
12. IAG Mini Bull bar with light mount. $100
13. Spray paint and misc supplies to change wheel ring color. $60
14. 35-12.50-17 Toyo RT Trails. Sold the BFGs netting $1200

Future item, and it's a big one, Eibach Pro Truck coil overs.

For now, I am really happy with it. With the rear locker it has got me thru some pretty rough stuff and I have already had to do some body repair, but for the money, I am real happy with it.

Here are some progression pics.

Easier to replace the brackets for about $60 apiece instead, if you’re going from plastic bumper to mod bumper. See below.

You don't have to cut them. Remove them and replace them with the non-hook brackets that come with the Mod bumper. Here are the part numbers from a previous post regarding the same question...

I am more of a "5 minuets with a metal cutting bandsaw" than "spend another $120" kind if guy. But if you don't have access to proper tools this a good way to go.
