Bought stock 21 Bronco Outer Banks With 32” wheels and 18” rims. Took to local tire shop and installed 35” tires and 2” lift:
  • Rough Country 2021 Bronco 2” lift kit
  • BF Goodrich 35x12.50R18LT 10E BF All Terrain T/A KO2
After installing these options, the tires then rubbed on control arm when turning at hard angles. So added wheel spacer to help with that issue:
  • Borne Off-Road 6X139.7 Wheel Spacers, Fits Ford Bronco 2021+
Now the wheels don’t hit the control arm, but they hit the crash bars when making hard turns. Anyone had these issues? Please Help!

Either remove the crashed bars, SAS Bronco’s have them removed at the factory, or install aftermarket high clearance crash bars if you really want crash bars.

I'm just here to suggest you add a profile picture so you look like you are an actual human and not a shadow man. Good luck with your crash bars.

I have yet to hear of a Bronco with 35” tires with crash bars still installed. Even the Sasquatch Bronco’s have the Crash bars absent once they leave the factory.
Thanks. I thought I read everything before modifying. Apparently dropped the ball. This is something my shop also didn’t mention.

I Have the same issue and set up except I am using the Ford Performance 2” Lift with same 35s…what did you ultimately end up doing? Spacers & big wheel crash bar?

Thanks…I appreciate it. With the spacers, looks like there are options 1-2” thick…which ones did you go with and do your tires poke out quite a bit now? Any pictures showing the poke out of the fender?
