I did not, not saying your company is this way but typically it is call(s)/email(s) gets no where and then it ends up at a reset everything and start over so I did just that. Just take everything back to stock and started over.
I promise thats not how we roll.
I have a dedicated team of engineers ready to tackle any reported bugs and make sure they work as expected.

do we know a turn around time? i submitted info and reports a week ago and haven’t heard anything. my unit didn’t save a stock configuration until after i changed settings. my b/o system is messed up and chimes no longer play though the speakers. really hoping this can be resolved. like a button to put audio configurations back to stock b/o.
also side note. i did the speed calibration wizard and it matched it pretty spot on on the tool. now when i match the dash speedometer to the gps the dash is 1mph faster than gps but that could just be for safety reasons correct? i should match what the actual vehicle computer is reading the wheel speed is to the gps like what the calibration wizard does if i’m correct.

If you submitted a bug report through the app without contacting us, it may be tricky to determine what the issue was.
We have updated the system last week to follow up with bug reports that come in, so if you didn't get an email from our team after sending it, please give them a call or email to let them know what you are dealing with so we can sort it out.

Email them. They are very prompt and are there to help until issues are resolved.

Wait a year, and Flashcal will be ready for prime time while they fix all the kinks.

Based on the number of Bronco users we have in the field today, and the minimal reports of bugs, it doesn't look that way from where we sit. Sometimes a community like this can make the world seem like a much smaller place than it actually is ;)

Gotta be something to be said for the fact that we're here, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it work for everyone.

@Superchips_Mktg tell us about the tow mode? Broncos at least 21-24 do not and never have had a tow mode. I have tried multiple times to get some sort of tow mode operational. As we pull a small camper I’d be most interested in seeing this in pictures and video. As far as I’ve been told only the raptor variants have a tow mode.
I think their guidance says Raptor only also.
But, I use Sport as a Tow Mode. Improved gearing up and downhill and throttle response is quicker.
