True, the stock Ford lighting, though pretty dim and these look bright.

However, I plan to do LED strips, so this wouldn't work for me, unless he plans to sell the plates/covers separately because those are nice...

I was driving my wife’s BMW X3 with another couple and had it in the manual paddle shift mode. There’s no clutch of course, but driving, talking, and I got distracted…and muscle memory has my left foot push the clutch pedal to the floor. Of course, there’s no clutch pedal in an auto, just a super wide brake pedal. Sh!t flying, women screaming…fun times.
I’ve never driven an auto in manual mode again.

Agreed. I like mine on and keep pretty bright. They do not affect my driving at all. They do not always come on and I have to go into the menu and turn them on again. Not sure why this is happening.

I think it's actually in the SYNC menu...

And they are always on, where as these seem to be triggered by door and then power off.

Again, wondering about price...? I really like the covers to clean things up down there. @Mabett , will the covers be available separately?
