what steps are those hat you removed and did they attach to the factory rodk rails?

Sort of, they attached to the factory rock rails that were designed to have the steps added.
I am told by other members on here that they have two different ones that one is not made to allow steps to be added.

I think it looks pretty good. I saw someone with a steel Badlands badge, that would look great in place of the orange one that's stock, since I think you've replaced all the other orange accents.

Yes, I think I had found those on some website a few weeks ago.
Just was not sure if they would truly look OEM quality or not,
I figured I would still probably order some and see firsthand at some point, because like you mentioned, I am sure not a fan of the orange.

I actually liked it better (and I like the orange) and thought they looked pretty good (it was metal). The Sasquatch is more prominent. It was on @EddieN 's Bronco, wherever he got it.

Put my Sasquatch rims and tires back on, my nephew wanted my custom wheels and tires for his 4-runner build. Also finally got around to getting some AMP power steps installed.

Would you say that they have the same ground clearance as the original rock rails? Look good.

Yes, they tuck up underneath pretty well.
My originals had steps built into the rock rail that step would have actually hung down further then then the power steps do.

Update on my Bronco build.

Well, I was thinking of selling my Bronco once I got my Ranger Raptor, but since the market seems to have cooled way down and after seeing the values are pretty soft now, I am planning to keep the Bronco and my goal now is to get it riding as smooth or as close to smooth as my Ranger Raptor does.

New Ranger Raptor.

I ordered a set of HOSS 3.0 take off Shocks and springs yesterday for the Bronco.
Should get those installed in a week or two.
So, the Bronco build continues.

Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks were installed today.
‘Don’t have but 20-25 mikes seat time with them, but absolutely made a noticeable improvement.

Not only does it ride smoother, it handles better in every way.

I will attempt to quantify my impressions with level of improvements by % over the stock Bilistein shocks.

Overall smoother ride +25-30%

Overall improved handling +40-50%

Nose dive issues have been improved by +80%

Rear squat under hard acceleration improved by +80%

Flat cornering improved by +50-60%

Overall control over rough surfaces +75%. This was a very important improvement to me.
Referring to roads with big enough bumps and pot holes or railroad crossings, stuff that would totally unsettle the Bronco, jarring passengers and at times kicking the backside out a bit.
