For what it’s worth, one of my close friends walked in a dealer and placed an order on 12/5/21, had a build date and vin a week later, and took delivery last week, 4 door badlands with all the sins. I placed order 1/17/22, got a vin on 1/21/22, and a build date in March.

Wow your friend must've saved some lives in his past life..
I still got about 5 BTC I purchased back in 2012 so I'm confident to say that I'm pretty good at HODLing lol. I'll try my luck this weekend thanks!

If you are willing to pay way over MSRP you can probably find a 2 door out there somewhere.

To get one at MSRP you are going to have to find a good dealer willing to do so and wait.

I put my reservation in July 14, 2020 for one with of course mostly all of the constraints- 2 door, Sas and 2.7. Finally got a "scheduled for production" for the week of Jan. 17. I expect to still have to wait a long time as when I check on it, it is at the very beginning of production- like gathering parts. I still expect a very long wait.......

Is a 4 door non-sasquatch outer banks at $5k ADM reasonable to you guys? I know the market is insane right now and have seen it come down somewhat. I am in need of a 4 door vehicle in the next few months so ordering and waiting isn't an option. Just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

Yes, that’s absolutely reasonable given the state of the market.

I walked in to get the 4dr but this was literally sitting right in front of the agent’s office and I could not resist..

I paid $1000 refundable deposit and the car will be purchased at MSRP. Thanks everyone!
