Agreed, mando was great, I think Disney is doing a killer job with these. I enjoyed wandavision as well, both great franchises. I hope the mini series trend continues.

I died a little inside when Star Wars made a sequel trilogy with no plan for a cohesive story. At least they’re getting it right with the Disney+ shows. In Filoni we trust.
Star Wars died when Lucas decided to re-edit the films 20 years later.

If you can find it, Harmy's Despecialized Edition is an HD, color corrected re-master of the orig release.

It will be back. (Along with several spin-offs)

If you haven’t watched them already, I also highly recommend the animated shows. Clone Wars infinitely improves the story told in the prequels. It introduces several of the characters featured in The Mandalorian, including Ahsoka and Bo Katan.
Rebels was also very fun seeing the formation of the Rebel Alliance from the perspective of a small rebel cell, and brings Grand Admiral Thrawn into canon.
Jury is out on The Bad Batch. Waiting to see where the story goes.
Haven't checked out The Bad Batch yet. Been wanting to though.

I knew Bo Katan from Rebels. That's the show that actually got my son interested in Star Wars, because it was on Disney or Disney XD (whichever) when he was younger, so just kinda fell into it.

He was always a big Darth Vader & then once The Force Awakens, Kylo Ren fan. After The Rise of Skywalker, leaving the theater (man, remember going to movie theaters?? lol) I asked him, so did you like it. And he goes "no". I asked why, and he said because the Dark Side lost. hahaha. My wife was like, should we be worried about that answer? hahahaha

Unrelated to Star Wars talk (The Mandalorian was the best Star Wars property made since Rebels imo), I can't believe I'm thinking about it...but I might actually just give up and go soft top, lol

no way, you'll regret it more than you will the wait. I say that not knowing your situation but switching to softtop is crazy talk.

Same thing could be said for FE buyers 6 months ago when we were told "onyx is delayed until oct, navy pier available now"...could you imagine switching to that to save a few months only for ford to announce they found a bunch of hard tops in a bunker in August?

Related - it's going to be hot as shit this weekend...

So you guys are telling me that there are more members on this thread that eat candy and have an opinion as to which is better than there are drinkers of adult beverages??? I only saw 3 responses to the happy hour cocktail question.

yeah, I mean, gotta be honest... I don't really enjoy drinking all that much these days. The feeling I get after, and the next day is garbage. I can't even have a drink or 2 without feeling like some kinda crap either that same day or when trying to fall asleep. And with the technology we have today, I got the stats to back it up. Any type of alcohol in my system and my HR elevates and just get an overall gross feeling, and my sleep is shit.

And then if I go "in my 20s" type drinking, I end up HUNGOVER AF the next day, and the next, aaaaaand the next...

But I stay in relatively decent shape, so a bag of peanut m&m's is much more enjoyable over a drink that'll just give me a headache.

Man, I sound so old.

I used to be cool, I swear!

I much prefer a herbal refreshment. Drinking alcohol is so yesteryear. There's a new legal (mostly legal) drug in town, and everything about it is better.

I did and got a vin pretty much a week later. I was never in the "I have to have a hard top" group though.
