I spoke with my dealer trying to make a change, he called back and said “the system will not let him change anything”. Does this mean I am close to getting scheduled?

Should mean your scheduled and have a VIN

I attempted to make changes on Monday and my dealer said he was not able to as well. While I have no VIN, he said it was because I was priority 2.
