Offset question

Hey fellas and fellette's, I am looking to up grade the oem wheels on my '23 Wildtrak. I want to stick with 17's, but I want a more aggressive offset. Would 17x8.5 with a -10 offset be too aggressive? I think it should be fine. I want to make sure before I order them. Thanks, Brad

I have heard of people going with negative offsets before, and a mild -10 you would probably be ok. Most people recommend not exceeding somewhere between +12 and 0 though due to the scrub radius issues.

Here's a couple of pictures I grabbed off here with 17x8.5 -10 offset wheels on a truck with Sas flares. They will poke out some but it's not too bad.
