Today I pulled the trigger on canceling my order and I feel relieved. I am still on the forum because I have nothing else to do today. @Ford will not try to make things right as long as we wait at their door like suckers to purchase this vehicle no matter how badly they treat us. You are the customer and you have the money. Please do not continue to be bullied by Ford, that is how they can afford having bad customer service. But again it's your money, do what you want obviously.
Also I don't understand law at all so someone who understands please explain how I am wrong here... How is this not a scam? Ford has originally promised reservation and order holders 2021 year model Ford Bronco and collected deposit from roughly 150,000 customers and that is at least $15,000,000 on something they realized they could not deliver. I know 15 mil is nothing in auto industry but still. Isn't holding onto customers' money this long with no timeline illegal?
