If. A vehicle has been ordered, has vin and delivery date- but the owner is no longer going to take it- is it possible to transfer the order to another person before arrival? Basically if the bronco gpes to stock - id have to pay a markup where as ordered are at msrp and i was just wondering if this kind of transfer is possible

If it already has a VIN and delivery date, you'd have to have a conversation with the dealer. It is effectively the dealer's Bronco until they sell it to the customer, so it would be up to the dealer to decide if they will transfer the price agreement to the new buyer.

Option B is for the original owner to buy it at MSRP, and immediately sell it to the new buyer.
