Ordered Right From a Dealer, no Email Correspondence?

I ordered in July from a dealership, and have received no email correspondence from Ford, I guess since they placed the order, and I didn’t do it via my account.

Is there any workaround to this or do I just have to call the dealership every time I want an update?

I think you gotta read b6g if you want an update. I feel like I do a lot more updating my dealer than the other way around.

If you are looking to Ford for timely, accurate, clear communication…be prepared for disappointment.

If you are looking to your dealer…expect to be even more disappointed.
