Owners manual will not load

The owners manual never loads. When I select from the 3 options (categories, visual or bookmarks) it says loading for a few seconds and then just goes back To where I select owners manual. Any thoughts?

This won't help with your issue with the manual in the infotainment, but I have found using the manual at this link a bit easier:

I've found the infotainment manual to be pretty useless. It explains the obvious rather than answering your question. I bought a printed manual off ebay and I was able to find a .pdf version on bronco6g. Both are far more useful.
