Just noticed body color dust on my hatch seal.
I guess I need a strip of PPF on the top edge of my swing gate.

I'm a moron. Explain to me what's happening here... The paint is disintegrating causing dust?

Welcome to crappy Ford fit and finish.

I have the same issue and brought it in under warranty, to adjust the glass so that it would no longer rub the top edge of the tailgate.

Ford's response was you cant adjust the glass, so break the paint seal and adjust the tailgate, then repaint!!!!!

I walked away, just forget it, if they begin fiddling with the tailgate, more problems would follow.

How can you design this without being able to fine adjust the rear glass?

Yeah my paint on the door along the bottom came right off with some tape lol. Luckily for now I just used touch up paint since it’s in a concealed spot. Also paint on my grill started coming off too from just wiping bugs off with a microfiber cloth. Not confident in how long the paint will stay on the Bronco. I have ppf ok it but now I’d be afraid to remove it and have the hpr paint come right off with the film haha

Mine is having some wear along the top edge of the tailgate as well. I am applying some ppf when I get home.
