I received my Bronco in May, a few weeks later, during my first hand wash, I noticed a poorly repaired paint flaw on the rear passenger side near the top. I had a graphic package installed by the dealer, whoever installed the stripes had to see the flaw.
I showed the flaw to the dealer and was informed it must have been the trucking company. Originally, they said they would take care of it so I waited until windshield recall to have the paint repaired.
The dealer will not repair the flaw because it will cost too much to remove the graphic, and do the repair properly. Iām waiting to hear back on their plan to make me whole, but I doubt Iāll like the results. They also attempted to ābuff it outā only making it worse by burning the paint a bit with the buffer. Whoever tried to fix it looks like they used white out.
This was after being on ice mountain from January to May.
What do you guys think?
