I installed the Rough Country front bumper over the weekend. Afterwards the parking sensors are going crazy. Sometimes I get message about the REAR sensor being blocked and sometimes it's the attached photo. I did a soft reset on the Sync4 system, but it did not help.

Any other suggestions?

Clean the sensors? Damaged sensors on reinstall? Make sure they're all plugged in and no damaged pins? Pinched wires?

I did clean and they were gently installed. A pinched wire is possible I guess.

Is there a process to reset the sensors?

No, they're plug and play

I saw a video, I think Town and Country Ford on YouTube, where they talked about having to reset the sensor system with a similar situation. You might be able to call T/C Customs at Town and Country Ford in Alabama and just ask. They are friendly folks. I imagine they could tell you.

Can you post pics of the installed bumper. Thoughts on quality and install?

I will once I get back from a road trip and wash off the million bugs.

The installation was straight forward and pretty easy, even with no help. The driver side wing/bumper end did not line up perfectly but still installed fine.

This is a relatively light duty bumper. But if you are looking for something aftermarket with light options, parking sensor and ACC compatibility at a very reasonable price - this one is worth a hard look.

I'm excited for the rear bumper as well. I caught a glimpse of it when they accidentally posted it on their site for a short time, then took it down

Did you ever figure out your sensor issue? I replaced my back bumper, and I’m getting sensor fault as well.

I mostly have it figured out. All I really had to do was reach up from behind the bumper and push/ensure all 4 sensors were seated.

I have the RC bumper too but haven't installed it yet. When I do, I'll ensure they are all seated well and will probably put a little silicone around them to ensure they stay seated.

WD-40 did the trick!….the main connector would not fully seat and hence the error!!! Little spray of oil and click…everything works!!!!! I need to check the internet earlier in my frustration cycle!
Thanks for the post!
