Part Number

Does anyone know what this part is called without the tow-hook (part 14 in the diagram)? I have a base model and was given the oem steel bash plates and modular bumper. They won't fit because the base model's front tow hooks stick out too much. I tried removing them but they hold the intercooler up so I wanted to know what part is required to replace these with since I don't want to permanently cut off the tow-hooks on these parts.
