Passenger mirror light stopped working

Any thoughts as to why all of a sudden my passenger side Oracle Mirror ditch lights stopped working? Can’t be a fuse as the driver side is fine. Thoughts??

Have checked the ground and put a tester on the wiring? As you said, if the fuse is good it should be seeing power. If ground is good and you're seeing power on the positive side the ditch light probably toast.
