Just happy I got mine built & waiting for shipping and my rebate, when I finally pickup from dealership. Honestly don't think I order another one now with the big price increases.

I'm surprised to hear about so many deposits being required. It was never mentioned by my dealer...and I obviously didn't offer it.

My dealer didn't ask for anything either.

Good news, a coworker connected me with a dealer in the Central FL area, and my order was successfully placed around 6 a.m. this morning (3/30). I received my order summary and I'm priority 10.

When I saw the heritage in red a few months ago I knew it was the front runner. Still, I never thought I'd be able to order it so quickly without a markup. I would have loved the 2 door, but with three kids it doesn't make sense. Can't wait!

What does this mean?

An allocation like an empty Tupperware container that Ford sends to the dealer.

Your dealer fills that 1 Tupperware container (allocation) with 1 build.

If Ford sends 6 two door allocations to a dealer and that dealer takes 10 two door orders, then 4 of those orders will not get built.

Your dealer can take more orders than allocations and Ford will confirm they have the order, but they will not get built.
