Before spending for attorney & suit I would call BBB AUTO LINE and ask them to arbitrate for you. Tel# listed in Bronco Owner's Manual. If you agree with BBB's proposed settlement then Ford has to comply within 30-days. Save lots of time & money for legal

I gave up convenience and drive an extra 40 minutes further than the closer Ford dealership to my house. The closer dealerships treated me like garbage.
This dealership has been kind, understanding, professional and friendly. I drive the extra because they are ranked higher than closer Ford dealerships and they take the time to fix it the first time. They make it easy for me, I will never waste time on a dealership that doesn’t appreciate my patronage.

Thats how I took it. That statement gave them full right to refuse service.

Anybody can refuse service at any time for any reason. Choosing to refuse service because you made a mistake and are not willing to make it right is not okay with me. Like I said, opinions can change, people can make up for wrong doing, and I even said that in my review. Had they stepped up and done what they were supposed to do in the first place, I would have changed my review to positive and patted them on the back for turning a wrong to a right. People don't have to hold themselves accountable anymore. The world has become a place ruled by soft, selfish people with no morals.

What did they do/say when you brought it back for them to fix it initially?

I told them about the problems the next day. They said they would have to schedule me another service appointment, which would take another four weeks. I told them that that was not acceptable since one of the headlights was out and I would not be able to drive at night. They didn't care at all. I asked to be contacted by the service manager and the GM. It took almost two weeks and several more calls to get them to call back. During that two weeks, I received an email from Auto Nation asking me to review my experience on google, so that is when I left the negative review. There was a response on google to my review that asked me to contact the GM to resolve my issue. I continued to try and call with no luck. Finally the service manager called me, I explained what happened, he listened to my whole spiel, then informed me that he and the GM spoke and they felt that because of my negative review, they felt that I needed to take my vehicle to another dealership and that I wasn't welcome there anymore. I have the call recorded, which is legal in Texas. That is when I posted the update to my initial review explaining their response to the situation.

What other dealer is going to fix another dealers shitty work?
i had a similar issue in 93 with a 93 Probe GT that had its heads replaced. A few days later, engine lights were on. I was tired of the particular dealer that replaced the heads, so I went elsewhere.
Dealer called me and showed me all the broken vacuum connectors, wiring harness worn through from the belt rubbing on it and loose brackets.
They basically said that they would have to charge me for the repairs as warranty wouldn’t cover them.
They advised me to take it back to the “Hack” dealer for them to fix. Never forget that Hack dealer, McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton.

My mom had an unfavorable experience with Autonation Mercedes Benz. After that, she takes her car to a trusted mechanic and will buy her next car elsewhere. Mostly from the finance guy with his pressure tactics of overselling her add-ons. She is 75.

Sorry to hear about that experience that you went through.

You're not wrong! I get it. But, is that the best way to behave in any circumstance, business or not?
I have been a business owner for most of my life. Any time my companies have performed below expectation, I have made an effort to recover the customer and make things right. 99% of the time, I have been able to rectify the problem and have a closer relationship with the customer moving forward. This is how I live my life, with my wife, my kids, my friends, and my customers. If you under perform, expect the worst backlash possible. Make an attempt to make things right, admit your fault or wrong doing, don't do it again.
The expectation that its okay to just walk away from a difficult situation like this is just childish. People should be expected to do better. This is what is wrong with our culture today. Whiney men that are not expected to take responsibility for their actions. Sorry for my long soapbox response. I'm just completely fed up with men not being men these days. Thanks for your response.

Mine hasn’t worked in 3 months. It doesn’t even make a sound when I try to use the wiper fluid to wash off dead bugs.
Mine will intermittently make the sound like it's running, but no fluid comes out. (Washer bottle is full). Thus far, cyclng the ignition has restored functionality. Hoping it does not die completely.

I speculated the sound was actually being generated to mimic the sound you would expect. Not so sure it is not and the pump itself is silent.

I purchased my Bronco from Gullo Ford and drive almost 2 hours to Bill Fick Ford because of Gullo’s service. The Gm did step up and take care of my misbuild which Gullo acted like they never heard of after I finally had enough of dealing with the sales manager and service manager. Gullo also charges 20$ more for an oil change and rotation. I simply make it a nice lunch trip every 5000 miles. If I ever buy another ford it will be from Bill Fick.
