Question about Order Number

I am sorry if someone has asked this question before, but I recently asked my dealer what my order number was, because I was having a hard time finding it. The order number he gave me was 4 digits, while my order number on the Ford webpage is 8 digits.

My question is this; Is the order number my dealer has an indication of how many Broncos are being ordered at that dealership? Or does that number not have any real significance other than to track my order with all the other orders (Broncos and other Ford vehicles alike)?

Like all of you who haven't gotten a production email from Ford yet, I am super excited for my upcoming Bronco, even if I have to wait until next year to get it.
