I'm #2 but would still normally go all the way down. Rain and snow being the limiting factors. Cold, I'll suck that up for the visibility.

I either crack the passenger window barely to get rid of the buffer sound or I have it all the way down. Drives me nuts having the window line in my mirror line of site

OCD for the window position?

1) How about the two pics are not framed the same, see the upper window.

2) The garden border needs repair, the tree roots are raising it up.

3) The only thing I'm uncertain about is if the windows have not been washed in 3 weeks or 3 months?

I fixed mine by running a 3/8 rigging cable around it as close to the base as I possibly could, in a choke and hooking the other loop to my hitch.
Don't plant Forsythia bushes anywhere near your house. Lesson learned. Rookie mistake.

I have no clue what you are talking about. Those bushes (crushed by snow from the roof) were piney type things.

Edit: This is the North facing side of the house. I'm trying to figure out grass too.
